2. Shipping & Delivery Areas:
• Nationwide Supply: We deliver our products throughout Australia using trusted freight and courier partners.
• Installation Services: Installation is currently available within Queensland and Northern NSW only.
• Remote Areas: Additional delivery time and charges may apply for rural or remote locations.
3. Processing Times:
• Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days once full payment and order confirmation are received.
• Custom-made products (such as bespoke joinery or acoustic panels) may require extended lead times. Estimated timeframes will be confirmed at the time of quotation or purchase.
4. Shipping Costs:
• Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• Shipping quotes are provided at checkout or during the quotation process for larger or custom projects.
• Any additional handling or freight surcharges will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If you receive damaged or missing items:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage and your order number.
• We will work with our freight partner to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or repair where applicable.
